Any use without the consent of FLAME ROASTERS SRL of any of the elements listed above is punishable according to the laws in force.

Registration as a User: To create an account on the site, please use a valid email address.

Price: The final price paid by you is made up of the product price + associated shipping costs. Shipping costs are detailed on the Site before finalizing your order. All prices for products sold through the website 20gr.coffee are expressed in RON and include VAT according to the legal provisions in force at that time.

Order: You can place an order even if you do not have an active account on the site. We will need you to provide us with the necessary data to process it (name, billing and delivery address, phone number, and valid email address). By completing the order, you guarantee that all provided data are real and correct; otherwise, we do not assume responsibility for any consequences caused by these errors (such as, but not limited to, delayed order, sent incorrectly, etc.). By completing the order, you agree that a representative of 20gr.coffee may contact you by any available means (email/ phone/ messenger) to confirm and process the order. Confirmation regarding the delivery of ordered products will be made within 24-48 hours from the registration of the order on the site.
