Return Conditions

You can return a product within 14 calendar days from its receipt. The product must be in the condition you received it in and must be eligible for return. See below what you CANNOT return. If upon inspection the product does not meet the return conditions, we will contact you to inform you.

These conditions apply whether the product is purchased online or from a boutique.

Online Purchased Products Return

To return online ordered products, follow the steps below.

  • Fill Out the Online Form: Fill in the return form at the bottom of the page. You will need your order number and the email used.
  • Respond to the Automatically Sent Email: To inform us how you wish to return the product. If you are returning multiple products from an order, you must fill out the form for each product separately (and you will receive multiple emails), but it is enough to reply to one of them.

How the Product Gets to Us - You Have 2 Options:

  1. We Send the Courier to You:

    • Inform us of the pickup address and date by responding to the automatically received email.
    • Pack the product in a box so it is protected during transport. Do not stick the courier label directly on the product's packaging.
    • Ideally, include a copy of the received invoice.
    • The courier will come with the package label already printed and will attach it to the package.
    • When the package arrives at us, we will notify you by email.
    • In this case, the return transport costs 12 RON - which we will deduct from the refund amount. Therefore, you do not have to pay anything to the courier for the return transport.
  2. Return in Store:

    • You can leave the product in the store if you want to save the return transport cost.


Please note that the refund is made within 14 days from when the products arrive at us. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed. Please do NOT send the products by mail or other couriers, as we cannot guarantee their receipt.


The processing time for the return is 14 days from when the product arrives at us, and we have all the necessary information for the refund.

The refund will be made depending on the payment method used for placing the online order. If you paid by:

  • Card: The refund will be made to the same card through the payment processor. The amount will be visible in your account depending on the type of card and the agreement you have with the issuing bank.
  • Cash on Delivery: We will transfer the money to the bank account provided in the return form.
  • Bank Transfer: We will transfer the money to the bank account provided in the return form.
