Origin: This lot comes from Aricha, in the renowned Yirgacheffe region of southern Ethiopia, and brings together cherries from producer Ashenafi Getaneh. The ripe cherries are pulped, fermented and washed to remove the mucilage, then slowly dried. This clean, careful washed processing lets Yirgacheffe's signature floral character shine: a rose-scented aroma, juicy wild peach, honeyed sweetness and a finish of forest fruits.
