Kiama cooperative Society, to which Kiangundo farm belongs, is located in Karatina municipality, Mathira west Sub-county in Nyeri County. Kiangundo catchment is highly productive with multiple farming activities that supports different value chain .This includes dairy, horticultural, tea. Macadami nuts. The factory is located on the Eastern side of Mt. Kenya national park about 8 km from the town of Karatina. Main crop is harvested in October through December and Fly crop in April through June each year.
