This coffee comes from the Nyamagabe cooperative in South Province, in the heart of the mountains that stretch from the Virunga Mountains on the Ugandan border to the Burundian border. It is grown in particularly rich volcanic soil and enjoys an ideal climate for its production. It also benefits from natural shade. A combination of natural factors that ensures slow cherry ripening and optimum development of the Bourbon variety.
